Policies & Terms of Service

Welcome to Elite Shine Studios, Saskatoon's premium car detailing service. To ensure the highest quality of service for every customer, please review the following policies before booking.

Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

​

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

​

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a $25 fee.

​

  • No-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

Vehicle Condition

  • Heavily soiled vehicles (e.g., excessive pet hair, mold, vomit, biohazards, etc.) may incur an additional charge due to the time and resources required.

  • We reserve the right to decline service if a vehicle poses a health risk or requires repairs outside the scope of detailing.

Liability

  • Elite Shine Studios is fully insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues that become apparent during the detailing process.

  • By booking with us, you agree to our terms and conditions listed above.

Personal Belongings

  • Please remove all valuables and personal items from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with any part of the service, please let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

  • Due to the nature of detailing, some stains or damage may not be completely removable.

Payment

  • Payment is due before completion of the service.

​

  • We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and e-transfers.

​

  • Prices listed on our website are base estimates and may vary depending on vehicle condition and size.
